Make the change
Too often we are dissatisfied with our lives but feel we cannot change. Past events, fear, and limiting beliefs keep us from doing what we really want.
Our minds are resistant to changing old behaviours. For example, do you ever think about eating more healthily and immediately open the biscuit tin or find yourself driving to the fast food outlet?
Then what happens? We give up or we give ourselves such a hard time about it that now a big part of ourselves feels wrong, feels bad and now we become even more resistant to the change. We rebel.
Sometimes, we have held onto irrational fears and self-limiting beliefs since childhood; We know that these beliefs no longer serve us but we can't rid ourselves of their influence on our behaviour. It's time to change.
We can bypass this resistance by using trance to replace the old patterns in our minds with the changes we want. Not only that, but trance can support and supplement our sleep, helping us to process emotions and feel better.
